Rachel’s Towing is a family-focused towing and recovery operation serving Melbourne, Palm Bay, and the communities of Brevard County. The company was built around customer-first service values, where courtesy, clarity, and care for your property guide every interaction, from the first ring of the phone to the moment your vehicle comes off the deck.

The trucks are pink because Rachel wanted a fleet that could never blend in, and a company that could never hide behind one. When your equipment is the most recognizable thing on the highway, your work gets judged in public, every day, by everyone. That pressure built our habits: loading done slowly and correctly, prices quoted before the truck rolls, and dispatchers who tell you the truth about arrival times.

What we actually do

The service list runs one hundred deep, from emergency towing and roadside help to heavy-duty work, equipment transport, and full recovery scenes. Two yards, one in Palm Bay and one in Melbourne, keep response times short across the county, and the heavy fleet travels statewide when the job calls for it.
